Orders & Delivery

Are there delivery options?

We ship most U.S. orders to arrive via UPS in 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Custom items or non-stocked products require more time for delivery. We can arrange faster shipping at times, but additional fees must be added to the cost. We can also ship via USPS & FedEx if it is requested.

Delivery Options

If we can’t locate a product anywhere on your website, do you not carry it?

Our webpage is in the process of being updated to include all of our product lines. Not seeing items on our page does not necessarily mean that we do not carry them. If it is a real specialty item, we can source it through our large network of distributors.

How do I know if my items are available immediately?

Contact us by phone at (619) 737-9999 or email us at info@myhardwaresolutions.com where a customer service representative will notify you of a product’s availability and possible lead time if not stocked.

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?

Items that ship via UPS may ship separately or held for a single delivery based on your preference.

Do you ship overseas?

International shipping can be arranged.

What is your return policy?

You have 20 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Special orders may not be returned for any reason. Some items will incur a restocking charge. We must uphold this policy because we in return have to pay restocking fees on these items.

Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted by phone at (619) 734-4832 to obtain return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without prior authorization.

Are discounts available for buying in bulk?

Absolutely! Careful consideration is paid to pricing items depending on quantity.

Do you offer specials?

Hardware Solutions does offer sale and closeout items from time to time. Please contact a sales representative.

Are all of your products available online?

We represent a select group of new and seasonal items online. Our website includes many items that are our featured and popular items, in recent catalogs, but we do have access to many more products within the designated categories you were able to browse. A sales representative will be happy to assist you if you’re seeking a similar product.
